Where a student voluntarily applies for education financing, the Company may, with the student's appropriate consent and in accordance with applicable law, collect, process, and share relevant information with the selected financing partner for loan application processing, eligibility assessment, verification, documentation, disbursement coordination, and related services.
Such information may include the student's name, contact details, enrollment information, course fees, educational background, and other information necessary for the financing process. Any additional financial, identification, or KYC information shall be collected and processed in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Loan applications are subject to the independent privacy policies, eligibility requirements, verification procedures, and contractual terms of the respective financial institution.
The financing partner shall be responsible for processing personal and financial information under its control in accordance with applicable laws.
The Company shall implement appropriate measures to protect personal information under its control and shall not treat consent for education services as automatic consent to unrelated financial data processing.
Students shall be informed of the relevant financing partner and the purposes of data sharing before their personal information is transferred for loan processing.
Where required by applicable law, students may exercise their rights relating to access, correction, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal through the appropriate Company or financing partner channels, subject to lawful retention and processing requirements.
