Finsckool – 6-Month Investment Banking & Equity Research Program
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to GYANYUG EDTECH & MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, whose registered/operational office is:
KHASRA NO 86, PLOT NO.11, CHARUL ENCLAVE, KEHRAI, AGRA, UTTAR PRADESH 282001.
The terms “you”, “your”, “user”, “student”, “participant” refer to any natural or legal person visiting our website and/or enrolled in our program.

By using our website or enrolling in the 6-Month Investment Banking & Equity Research Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

5. Course Access
  • Upon enrollment, students receive lifetime access to course materials for continuous upskilling.
  • The Job Guarantee Scheme is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment or from the first EMI payment date.
  • In cases of medical or personal emergencies, the management may, at its discretion, extend this period to 18 months upon valid documentation.
6. Eligibility Criteria for Job Guarantee
To qualify for the Job Guarantee Scheme, students must fulfill the following conditions:
  • Course Completion : The complete curriculum must be finished, including all modules, assessments, and submission of projects.
  • Attendance: Minimum 80% attendance in live classes is mandatory.
  • Exams: A minimum score of 75% or above must be achieved in each quarterly assessment.
  • Project Submission : All assigned projects, including industry-based research reports and international case studies (US & Australian projects), must be submitted and approved by the Finsckool academic review team.
  • Placement Cooperation: Students must actively engage with the placement team and attend all scheduled mock interviews and career readiness sessions.
7. Job Application Protocol
  • After successful completion of the program and meeting all eligibility conditions, the job application phase will begin.
  • Every student must apply to at least 10 relevant job postings per week.
  • If a student fails to apply to at least 40 job opportunities within any 4-week period, they will forfeit their eligibility to avail the benefits of the Job Guarantee scheme.
  • All job applications must be verifiable and submitted in coordination with the placement support team.
8. Placement Services & Dues
  • Placement services will be initiated only after full completion of the curriculum and clearance of all dues.
  • Students with pending payments or incomplete documentation will not be eligible for placement support.
  • Preferences regarding job role or location can be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
9. Extension of Placement Services
  • Students whose placement assistance period has expired may request an extension.
  • Such extension will be granted only at the discretion of the management based on academic performance and cooperation during the original term.
  • An additional program fee may apply for the extension as communicated by the Finsckool team at the time of approval.
10. Program Updates
  • Finsckool reserves the right to modify course content, structure, assessments, or faculty assignments at any point to maintain academic relevance and industry standards.
